After worries that the event may not get the go-ahead due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the event took place last week.

Riders attempting the 1km circuit race found themseleves on a route looping round Lincoln Castle, whilst those attempting the road race faced a lot more of the city, with the road groups taking on more than 100km in total.

In the wider Lincolnshire area the time trail race took place in Tealby, not far from the wolds.

With many riders and even more fans decending upon the city, for many the event brings much needed business to an area that not too long ago was under Lockdown.
